I love finding new, creative foods that fit my tastes while maintaining a healthy lifestyle that I can share with others. As the Campus Scout for Saint Lawrence University, I love being able to talk to students about what they like to eat and new recipes that I can try with my friends. Food becomes a social bonding experience when you have others to share your passion with and who can appreciate healthy living. Cheers!
Known as "Breakfastwithbex" I always desire the most memorable tastes of comforting breakfast flavors such as the spiced, warm essence of baked oatmeal, the natural sweetness of fresh fruit parfaits or the kick of seasoned egg dishes engulfed with different cheeses and veggies. No matter where I travel, I always keep my eyes alert and my tastebuds popping in anticipation of discovering a new breakfast ingredient that I have yet to implement into my own recipes!
