Growing up on an organic farm in Maine, my mom and I would cure, can, freeze and dehydrate almost everything we ate. Our freezer was invaluable to our busy family who wanted to enjoy humble foods that, quite honestly, tasted awesome.
As a new mom in 2008 I harnessed this knowledge and began my quest to solve the “busy persons” food dilemma. Quite naturally I turned to the lessons I learned on the farm. At Buen Sabor our team is passionate about offering simple, crave-worthy food that just happens to come from the freezer. The people of Latin America, who often eat on the move but never sacrifice adventurous flavors, HAVE INSPIRED US AND OUR CURRENT LINE OF PRODUCTS.
